Crab Mold - Mary's

This is a true family favorite, often had at Christmas. Mary has a Christmas tree shaped dish that she makes it in, and then uses pimentos, green and red peppers and other veggies to "decorate" it.
Ingredients
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg cream cheese
1 c. chopped parsley
1 c. green onion (chopped)
1 pkg Knox gelatin
2 cans crab (can also add shrimp)

Directions
  • Mix gelatin in soup and heat to hot (not boiling).
  • Add cream cheese and stir until smooth.
  • Add rest of ingredients and mold in 2 cup mold.
  • Un-mold using knife around edges.
  • Serve with favorite crackers.
