Sparkling Party Punch

Ingredients
4 cups water 
4 sprigs mint 
1/2 cup lime juice 
1 cup grapefruit juice 
1 Qt. dry ginger ale 
Rind of 1 orange 
2 tsp. tea 
Juice of 1 orange 
3/4 cup sugar syrup 
Orange slices

Directions
Combine water and sliced orange rind and mint.
Boil uncovered until liquid is reduced one half.
Add tea.
Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
Strain carefully and cool. 
Pour in punch bowl.
Add fruit juices and sugar syrup. 
Mix well.
Add plenty of ginger ale and ice cubes. 
Garnish with sliced orange.

Yield: 15 punch cup servings.
