Country Noodle Casserole
Ingredients
1 1/2-lb. pkg. very fine egg noodles |
1/2 lb. bacon |
3 c. creamed cottage cheese |
2 cloves garlic (crushed) |
2 onions, minced |
3 c. sour cream |
2 T. Worcestershire sauce |
dash Tabasco sauce |
4 t. salt |
3 t. horseradish |
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese |
Directions
Fry bacon until crisp, drain on paper towel and crumble.
Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender, drain.
Mix all remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese in large bowl.
Add noodles and bacon and toss with 2 forks until well mixed.
Turn into deep 2 qt. buttered casserole.
Cover and bake in 350° oven for 30 - 40 minutes.
Remove cover, sprinkle cheese on top, continue baking until cheese is browned.
