Squash Casserole

Ingredients
2 cups cooked squash, mashed
3/4 stick margarine
2 eggs
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. Velveeta cheese (small pieces)
1 c. evaporated milk
3 c. cracker crumbs

Directions
Mix all ingredients together and place in 375° oven for 40 minutes.
A little cheese may be spread on top about 10 minutes before removing from oven.
