Black Bottom Cupcakes

Ingredients
Topping:
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
dash of salt
Cake:
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 t. soda
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
1/2 t. salt
1 t. vanilla

Directions
Mix well, put cake mixture in cupcake pan, then sprinkle a few chopped nuts, then put the cream cheese topping mixture in.
Put a few chocolate chips on top of each cupcake.
Bake for 1/2 hour at 350°.

Makes 18 cupcakes
