Pesto Sauce

2 cups basil leaves
4 garlic cloves
1/4 cup Romano cheese
2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup Extra Virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
