Hot Artichoke Cheese Dip
Ingredients
1 (8 1/2 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
1 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichokes, drained
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
6 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
tortilla chips
Directions
- Grease a 7 1/2 x 11 1/2 inch baking dish.
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Chop artichokes coarsely and mix with chilies, mayonnaise and Cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 350.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
- May be served whether hot or cold, but best hot.
