Pollo Valdostana

Ingredients
6 chicken breast halves, boned, skinned
6 slices prosciutto
6 slices provolone cheese
1 ounce butter
1 ounce olive oil
Brandy Cream Sauce
Parsley, to garnish

Directions
Pound the chicken breasts to flatten.
Layer with thin slices of prosciutto and provolone cheese.
Roll the chicken over the ham and cheese.
Sauté in the butter and oil approximately 2 to 3 minutes on each side until cooked and lightly browned.
Set aside to keep warm.
