Taco Salad

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef or ground turkey
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 head lettuce, chopped
1 8-oz. can refried beans
salsa
sour cream
1/2 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
tortilla chips

Directions
Cook meat until brown.
Drain excess grease.
Allow meat to simmer with 1 cup of water and taco seasoning.
Heat the refried beans.
Fill bowls with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, meat and beans.
Top with cheese.
Garnish with salsa, sour cream & chips.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
