The Fish Market Garlic Cheese Bread
Ingredients
1/2 cup Romano cheese
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 garlic clove, minced, or to taste
1 loaf sourdough bread (see note)
Chopped parsley, for garnish
Directions
- Mix together the first four ingredients.
- Slice the bread into two halves, lengthwise.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the bread.
- Bake at 350° until golden brown.
- Sprinkle the chopped parsley or top before serving.
