El Torito Mexican Restaurant And Cantina Tableside Guacamole

Ingredients
2 large avocados
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons chopped tomato
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Mexican herbs and spices, to taste
Green chili, chopped, to taste
Lime juice to taste

Directions
Cut avocados in half lengthwise, remove seeds, scoop out pulp and place in a bowl.
Add the onion, tomato, cilantro, spices and chili.
Mash together with a fork and spoon.
Finish with a squeeze of lime juice and continue mixing until you reach the desired consistency.
Serve with tortilla chips.
