Armenian Pilaf
Ingredients
1/4 lb. butter |
2 cups long grain rice |
1/2 cup vermicelli broken into 2 inch pieces |
2 cups chicken broth, boiling |
salt to taste |

Directions
Melt butter. Add vermicelli and brown.
Add rice.
Add boiling broth.
Season.
Cook covered over low heat for 25 minutes.
About 4 cups
