Gyro (Greek) Sandwich

Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef or combination of beef and ground lamb
1 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped parsley
2 tablespoons fresh chopped garlic
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Mix all ingredients.
Shape into 8 to 10 rolls, each about 6 inches long.
Skewer with a stick.
Grill, broil or fry until done.
Place on pita bread, add pieces of tomato, parsley, onion and tzatziki sauce, and roll bread over filling to form sandwich.
