Pork Tenderloin With Hoisin And Sesame Seeds

Ingredients
2 pounds pork tenderloin
1/3 cup hoisin sauce (see note)
1/3 cup or more sesame seeds, toasted (see note)

Notes: Hoisin sauce is sold in the Asian foods section of supermarkets. To toast sesame seeds, place them in a dry skillet and place over low heat, stirring, until light brown.

Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Brush pork with 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce.
Roll pork in sesame seeds to coat evenly.
Increase quantity if pork is not completely coated.
Place on baking sheet that has been sprayed with nonstick spray.
Cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small pot, combine remaining sauce and 3 tablespoons water.
Heat gently until sauce is smooth.
Remove pork from oven.
Let sit 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.
Add any pan juices to hoisin sauce.
Serve meat with sauce.
