Creamed Chipped Beef (aka SOS or S*** On A Shingle)

Ingredients

Directions
Brown 1 lb. dried beef in 1/2 cup butter. (The ones I saw online are from Armour and Hormel, but I am sure there are others.)
Stir in 6 Tbsp. flour.
Stir until browned.
Add milk to desired thickness.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add a tiny bit of cayenne, just a couple of small pinches.
Serve on toasted bread.
