Cottage Potatoes

Ingredients
10 good sized potatoes, cooked in jackets 
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 large onion
a buncha corn flakes
1 green pepper
1 small can pimento (optional)
1/2 - 1 t. salt


Directions
Chop ingredients, mix and place in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.
Pour 1/2 to 1 cup melted butter and just enough milk to moisten.
Sprinkle cheese and then crushed corn flakes on top.
Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Garnish with parsley.
