Garlic Yukon Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
4 LBS Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and sliced. Or you can leave the peels on if you like; I do.
1 cup sour cream
1 stick butter
3/4 cup milk
3 cloves crushed garlic
salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Place potatoes in a large pot and covered with about an inch of water.
Simmer until tender, at least 20 - 30 minutes.
Test with fork.
Melt butter with garlic and milk in a small saucepan.
Drain the potatoes and mash.
Mix in the butter mixture and mash until smooth.
Stir in sour cream.
Salt and pepper to taste.
