Crab Mold - Mary's
Ingredients
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg cream cheese
1 c. chopped parsley
1 c. green onion (chopped)
1 pkg Knox gelatin
2 cans crab (can also add shrimp)
Directions
- Mix gelatin in soup and heat to hot (not boiling).
- Add cream cheese and stir until smooth.
- Add rest of ingredients and mold in 2 cup mold.
- Un-mold using knife around edges.
- Serve with favorite crackers.
