Ingredients
3 lbs. thinly sliced round (1/8" thick)
2 t. seasoned salt
2 t. powdered smoke salt
2/3 t. garlic powder
2/3 t. pepper
2 t. Accent
1 t. onion powder
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. soy sauce

Directions
The thinly sliced beef should be cut 1/2 to 3/4 inches wide.
Marinate in above for 24 hours.
As pieces marinate, keep turning them so that they are. well covered.
Lay on oven racks and bake at 125° for at least 4 hours.
Leave oven door open.
Line the bottom of the oven with foil to keep it clean.
Original recipe called for baking time of 7 hours, however, experience has proved that this is much too long.
An electric oven is far superior for this special low temperature baking requirement.
