Not sure why they are called "Scotch" pancakes.
Ingredients
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup butter
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 cup all-purpose flour
2/3 cup milk

Directions
Combine butter and sugar.
Add milk and beaten egg.
Sift dry ingredients together and add to liquid mixture.
No, have a glass of scotch because the original recipe stops at this point.
One assumes that you complete making these the way you would any other pancakes.
