Ingredients
1 8-lb. canned ham, sliced and tied
1 bottle Italian dressing (Wishbone or similar)
1 10-oz. jar plum preserves (Carriage House or similar, or use a No.2 1/2 can of purple plums)
1 T. soy sauce
1/4 t. ground ginger
small package slivered almonds

Directions
Mix preserves, soy sauce, ginger and almonds in blender.
Use as a basting sauce and serve as a hot sauce with the ham.
Marinate ham in Italian dressing for 2 to 3 hours.
Bake at 325° for 2 hours.
Baste with plum sauce the last 45 minutes.
