Especially delicious and impressive for company buffet. Quick and easy.
Editor's Note: My father, Carl Ferguson, edited most of the recipes in the Cooking with Carl, Hugh and Your Friends, so I have to assume that, at best he just missed the line about "boning the chicken", or at worst he was the one who added it. I suspect the latter.

Ingredients
3 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup (condensed)
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 bag potato chips

Directions
Cover chicken breasts in lightly salted water.
Bring to boil and cook gently for 35 to 45 minutes.
Reserve liquid for broth ingredient.
Cool, so can be easily handled.
Skin and bone cooked chicken.
If you need help, your husband or teenaged sons should enjoy boning the chicken.😂🤣
Break into bite sized pieces and put in shallow, oblong baking pan.
Combine condensed soup, mayonnaise, chicken broth and lemon juice.
Pour over chicken.
Top with crumbled potato chips.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
