Ready Chef Go Bags

Ingredients
1 lb of peeled shrimp
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/4  cup of chopped parsley
1/2  cup of white wine (or 8 teaspoons)
3/4  tablespoon of lemon juice

Directions
Place the shrimp in either one Ready, Chef, Go! cooking bag or split the shrimp evenly between two Ready, Chef, Go! cooking bags.
The meal can be cooked in one bag; but this extends the cooking time.
Place all of the ingredients into the bags on top of the shrimp.
Seal the bag and gently shake it to evenly distribute the ingredients.

If using two bags, microwave each bag at full power for 3 minutes or bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 350º F (both bags can be cooked at the same time in the oven).

If using one bag, microwave the bag at full power for 5 minutes or bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes at 350º F. Serve the Shrimp Scampi by itself or on top of pasta or rice.
