1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 10-oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
2 egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
1 T. lemon juice
1 cup whipping cream

Mix first 4 ingredients and roll out on cookie sheet. Bake 12 minutes. Cool well and crumble.
Beat the remaining ingredients for 20 minutes, fold in whipping cream. Sprinkle half of the crumbs on bottom of 9 x 13 pan, fill with the whipped ingredients, and then put the rest of the crumbs on top.
