2 onions
8 - 10 weiners
green pepper
4 Irish potatoes
1 can tomatoes
garlic (small clove)
butter or oleo

Chop onions very fine. Brown in butter or oleo to a golden color. Add enough paprika to make a nice red. Simmer the mixture for 15 minutes stirring occasionally. Cut the weiners into about 8 sections, add to mixture. Simmer. Add green pepper (chopped), tomatoes, minced garlic, black pepper. Simmer about 15 minutes. Add peeled and quartered potatoes, salt and cook over low flame for 30 minutes. When potatoes are done, serve.
