1 8-ounce package cream cheese, room temperature
1 7-ounce can tiny shrimp, rinsed and well-drained
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried dillweed
1/2 teaspoon salt
Thinly sliced breads Crackers
Combine all but the last 2 ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat until well blended I found it easier to mix the cream cheese with the lemon juice and mayonnaise before 1 added the other ingredients. Transfer to serving dish, cover and chill until ready to serve. Spread on bread or crackers.
