2 cups extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup chopped garlic
1 teaspoon chile flakes
1 tablespoon chopped fresh Italian parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix together all ingredients and serve with bread.
