1 round (pillow) loaf of sourdough bread - un-sliced
1 pkg. frozen spinach (cook and drain well)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 bunch green onions - chopped fine
1 can water chestnuts - chopped
1 carton Rondell's cheese
1 envelope Knorr's Leak Soup Mix
dash of tabasco

Slice off the top of the bread and scoop out the center of the loaf. Cut the bread from the center into bite-sized pieces. Mix the other ingredients together. Fill the center of the bread with the mixture and cover with the top that you cut off earlier. To serve, place the loaf in the center of a platter with the cut up bread pieces and other bread slices around the outside.
