AKA: Boorag - This is a favorite recipe of our family, passed on to us by our good friend and neighbor, Florence Kasian (Kashian?).

2 medium squash - zucchini preferred
1 cup grated cheese**
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup flour
chopped parsley
salt and pepper

**The original recipe called for Wisconsin, brick or Muenster cheese. Our family uses Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack.

Mix all ingredients; salt and pepper to taste.
Pour into buttered baking dish. Put dabs of butter on top. Bake in moderate oven until squash is tender - about 45 minutes. Drain off extra butter.
