WON TONS
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 green onions, sliced very thin
1 cup crab meat, approximately
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 package won ton wrappers

DIPPING SAUCE
3 tablespoons soy
teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
1 finely chopped teaspoon green onion

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, green onions, crab meat and hot sauce. Put about a teaspoon and a half of the crab mixture in the center of each won ton wrapper. Dip finger tips in water, wet edges of wrapper lightly and fold in half. Try to remove as much air as possible. Seal tightly and place won tons on baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
Bake until they start to brown, about 15 to 20 minutes.
While they cook, make the dipping sauce by combining all of the ingredients in a bowl. Serve won tons with dipping sauce on the side.

Makes about 30
