Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 can Spanish rice
1 c. grated cheese

Directions
  • Brown meat slightly, and pour off any grease.
  • Add can of Spanish rice and mix thoroughly.
  • Pour in casserole and top with grated cheese.
  • Bake at 375° until hot and bubbly.
  • Really good!
