Ingredients
1/8 c. fat and cracklings from pork
3 c. boiling water
1 c. cornmeal
1/2 t. salt
2 eggs
beef or chicken fat

Directions
Add fat and cracklings to boiling water, sprinkle in salt and cornmeal.
Cook in double boiler 1 hour.
Cool, add well beaten eggs and put in well greased baking pan or dish.
Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
