Full Page 4 x 6 5 x 7

2 T cider or tarragon vinegar
2 T white wine
1/2 T paprika
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 T sugar
1 very small clove garlic cut as fine as possible
1/4 c salad oil

Combine all ingredients in a jar. Cover and shake vigorously for about 1 minute. If it you let it stand around a while after it is prepared, shake again before it is used on chicken.

Enough for 2 lbs. chicken
