1 cut up frying chicken
flour
salt and pepper
oil
1 c. cooking sherry
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 4-oz. jar of mushrooms

Season 1 cut up frying chicken in mixture of flour, salt and pepper; brown in hot oil; then place in roasting pan.
Mix sherry, both soups and mushrooms and pour over chicken:
Bake uncovered for 1 1/2 hours at 350°, basting several times.
