A family favorite

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1 hard cooked egg
2 TBS. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
dash of pepper to taste

Gradually add mayonnaise to softened cream cheese. Mix well. Add parsley, chopped egg white, onion, garlic and pepper. Mix well. Sprinkle with sieved egg yolk. Serve with your favorite dipping vegetables.
