Swedish Meat Balls

Ingredients
1 can Cream of Celery soup mixed with 1/2 can water
1 lb. ground beef
2/3 cups dried breadcrumbs
1 egg (slightly beaten)
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. salt (this is a ton of salt!)


Directions
Measure out 1/4 cup of the soup mixture and combine it with the rest of the igredients.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Brown in skillet.
Add remaining soup mixture.
Cover and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes.

Serves 4
