Grilled Mustard Chicken by Carol Jancsi

as many boneless chicken breasts as you need
Dijon mustard
Pound boneless chicken breasts until thin. Brush both sides with melted butter. Grill 3-4 minutes on each side. Put in an oven-proof dish. Spread one side with coarsely ground Dijon mustard. Then sprinkle with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Put under broiler for 3-4 minutes.
