cold smoked salmon
cream cheese
capers
red onion, chopped
lemon and dill (optional)

To assemble, spread cream cheese on Breton Crackers. Peel off thin layers of salmon. Cut into pieces if necessary. Arrange on cream cheese. Sprinkle with chopped red onions and capers. Serve with lemon and garnish with dill if desired.
