3 green onions, sliced very thin
1 cup crab meat, approximately
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 package wonton wrappers

DIPPING SAUCE
3 tablespoons soy sauce
teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
1 finely chopped teaspoon green onion

Directions
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, green onions, crab meat and hot sauce.
  • Put about a teaspoon and a half of the crab mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  • Dip finger tips in water, wet edges of wrapper lightly and fold in half.
