Sweet & Sour Meatballs offer the perfect balance of flavors in every bite. Tender homemade meatballs simmer in a simple yet magical sauce combining jellied cranberry and chili sauce with a hint of onion. The unexpected pairing creates a tangy-sweet glaze that transforms basic ingredients into an irresistible appetizer. Make ahead and freeze for easy entertaining at a moment's notice!

Ingredients
Sauce:
1 16-oz. can jellied cranberry sauce
1 12-oz. jar chili sauce
12 oz. water
pinch of onion flakes

Meatballs:
pinch salt
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
pinch ground pepper
1 egg
pinch onion flakes

Directions
Sauce:
Combine sauce ingredients and allow to simmer on stove while making meatballs.
Meatballs:
Mix meatball ingredients and shape into balls about 3/4" in diameter.
Drop them in the hot, simmering sauce and cook until done, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Meatballs can be prepared the day before and kept frozen.
