Transform ordinary potatoes into extraordinary Potatoes Dave with this clever recipe that infuses thinly sliced spuds with zesty French dressing before pan-roasting to golden perfection. The unique two-step cooking method creates potatoes that are crispy outside yet tender inside, while the dressing caramelizes slightly for complex sweet-tangy flavor. This versatile side dish complements everything from casual weeknight dinners to special occasion meals with minimal effort but maximum impact.
