Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. ground veal
3/4 lb. ground pork
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
1 pkg. 8-oz. noodles
2 small onions
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
3 T. butter
Note: May substitute ground round for veal and/or pork.

Directions
Cut onions in small pieces and cook in butter until yellow.
Mix in meat, soup, can of water and chunks of cheese.
Simmer a few minutes.
Add above ingredients to casserole with cooked noodles and cover with cheese.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

One casserole serves 6-8 people
