This zesty Jalapeño Artichoke Dip combines the creamy richness of artichoke hearts with the bright heat of diced jalapeños and savory Parmesan cheese. Quick to prepare with flexible ingredient proportions to suit your heat preference, this versatile cold dip pairs perfectly with tortilla chips for casual entertaining. Ingredients
1/4 cup diced jalapeños
8 oz. of marinated artichoke hearts, chopped and drained
1 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup cream cheese or ricotta

 
Directions

Blend cheese and mayonnaise.
Add peppers and artichokes.
Chill.
Serve with tortilla chips.
