Ingredients
6 tomatoes
2 small onions
3 cucumbers
2 cups of water
2 tbsp. olive oil
chunks of French bread
garlic
parsley
1 tbsp. lemon juice
ice (if needed)
salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Cut the tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions into small pieces.
Add finely minced garlic.
Add the water? (The directions don't actually tell you what to do with the water.)
Separately, mix 1 tbsp. of lemon juice with 2 tbsp. of olive oil with some of the salt. (Experiment to your taste.)
At the time of serving, add crushed ice and bread, then sprinkle with parsley.
