Ingredients
10 minced clams
1  3-oz. package cream cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 drops Tabasco sauce
1 egg white, beaten stiffly
crackers or toast squares
paprika

Directions
Drain clams.
Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
Combine cream cheese, clams, salt, lemon juice, and Tabasco.
Fold in the egg white.
Spread onto crackers or toast squares.
Sprinkle with the paprika.
Broil 2 - 3 minutes about 3 inches from heat.
Serve immediately.
