Orange Blossom Champagne Punch

Impress guests with this elegant Orange Blossom Champagne Punch, perfect for sophisticated celebrations. This luxurious libation combines sauterne wine with fresh orange and lemon juices, enhanced by the warm complexity of brandy. The champagne finish creates a celebratory effervescence, while the suggested orange blossom garnish adds a touch of floral elegance. An extraordinary crowd-pleaser for weddings, brunches, or New Year's gatherings.

Ingredients
4 (4/5 qt.) bottles sauterne chilled or other white table wine
8 cups orange juice, strained 
1-1/3 cups lemon juice 
2 cups brandy 
4 cups sugar 
Several strips lemon peel 
4 bottles champagne, chilled

Directions
Combine sauterne, orange juice, lemon juice, brandy and 
sugar in a punch bowl.
Stir to dissolve sugar.
Give each strip of lemon peel a twist; drop into punch bowl. 
Just before serving, pour in chilled champagne and add a 
block of ice or a tray of ice cubes.
A suggested garnish is floating orange blossoms (real or artificial).
