Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1-1/4 cups milk
1-1/2 cups chopped walnuts
3 cups Bisquick® (The original recipe said "biscuit mix", so I assume this is what they mean.)
Directions
Mix together the sugar, egg, milk, and walnuts.
Add Bisquick.
Beat hard for 30 seconds.
Spread in a greased 9 x 5 loaf pan.
Bake at 350° for 45 - 50 minutes, until a pick thrust tin the center comes out clean.
Cool on a rack before cutting.
Servings\Yield
Makes 1 standard loaf. Serves 10-12 slices
