Directions
1 cup mashed potatoes 
1/2 cup sugar 
1 cup scalded milk, let cool. 

Dissolve 1 cake yeast in 1/2 cup warm water & 1 tsp. sugar. Let stand till light.
Add to 1st part with 2 eggs and 1 cup of flour.
Beat and let stand 2 hours.
Add 1/2 cup Crisco, 2 tsp. salt, & enough flour to make soft dough. 
Let stand till light and make in rolls. 
Can be put in icebox when you mix it and bake any time. 
Let rise after you take it out of ice box.
Servings\Yield
Makes about 24 dinner rolls.
