Ingredients
For Waffles:
2 cups Bisquick
1 to 1-1/2 cups chopped ham
2 Tbsp. oil or melted butter (or shortening)
1-2/3 cups milk
1 egg
For Topping:
2 cups crushed pineapple
1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
2 Tbsp. butter

Directions
Beat all of the waffle ingredients until smooth.
Add the ham.
Cook as usual in a waffle iron.

While the first waffle is cooking, make the topping:
In a pan over medium-high heat, mix the topping ingredients.
Bring to a boil, being careful not to burn it.
(You can add some water if it is too thick.)

Serve the waffles with the topping.
