Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 large bananas
1/2 cup Crisco, melted
2 eggs, beaten
3 Tbsp. sour milk or buttermilk

Directions
Mix dry ingredients.
Mix wet ingredients and banana.
Combine all ingredients well.
Pour into greased loaf pan.
Allow to rise for 30 minutes.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
